Pre-launch · engagements not open yet

We would rather be ready than early

A services company should not sell an engagement before it has run the thing it is selling. We are running the Kyber stack ourselves first: KYBERIOS on a KyberLinux server, agents under written rules, KyberDeck devices in daily use. When a form goes live it will ask for one thing, an email address.

Running it ourselves

The whole stack on our own ground, as it is built, so the first company we work with is not the experiment.

A waitlist, later

One field, no sales calls, no drip campaign, no reselling your address. Nothing is for sale and no payment is taken.

Come back

The blog moves first. It explains how we intend to work, in enough detail to be held to.

Why there is nothing to fill in

Because there is nothing to sell yet. A services company with an empty delivery calendar that is already booking discovery calls is a company that will learn on your project, and the Kyber systems it would deploy are still pre-launch themselves.

What happens when it opens

The form will take an email address and, optionally, what your business does and what it runs today, because the first engagements will be chosen for fit rather than size, and the honest answer to some of them will be that the stack is not right for you yet. No budget range, no phone number for a follow-up sequence, and no payment.

What you can expect from the first conversation

An audit that includes the arguments against doing it. A scope with the SLA and the exit written into it. And a straight answer about what we have actually run versus what we have read about, because at this stage that difference matters more than it will later.

The rest of the story

KYBERTIS is a branch of the Kyber story, not a chapter: the company that puts the five layers to work in a business. The hardware is KyberDeck, the assistant is KyberBot, the swarms that do the work are KyberAgent, the system underneath is KyberLinux, and the network that lends compute is KyberFusion. The operating system we deploy most often is KYBERIOS, the other branch. Each has its own site and its own honest state of the work.

In the meantime

The blog carries the reasoning: what a Kyber deployment looks like, why hardening is a service, writing a company’s rules for its agents, what an SLA on an open stack means and why the exit clause matters most.

No form, no pipeline, no discovery call — just work in progress.
